SAP Supply Chain Analyst Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP supply chain modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and related functionalities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess requirements, devise solutions, and enhance processes across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics functions.

• Offer expertise in supply chain best practices, ensuring that SAP capabilities align with operational processes.

• Take ownership of end-to-end SAP initiatives, encompassing scope definition, solution design, testing strategies, and go-live execution.

• Direct system integration and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to guarantee seamless end-to-end processes.

• Supervise testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solution quality and business preparedness.

• Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials to facilitate adoption and knowledge transfer.

• Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive resolutions to ensure operational continuity.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by suggesting enhancements, optimizations, and scalable solutions.

• Keep updated on SAP enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience.

• SAP certification(s) are preferred.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.

• Knowledge of system integrations (e.g., EDI, third-party logistics, external planning systems).

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
