This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Evaluate and authorize office supply orders.
• Oversee backorders and discontinued products to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in the development of cost reduction and cost-saving strategies.
• Offer daily supply chain assistance and act as the point of contact (POC) for designated offices.
• Spearhead supply chain establishment for DeNovo offices, which includes creating and monitoring supplier orders.
• Organize the uniform program setup for DeNovos, new hires, and existing offices as necessary.
• Provide strategic support during supplier RFP procedures.
• Aid in the implementation of negotiated supplier savings throughout the organization.
• Maintain the Dentira ordering platform, ensuring updates, accuracy, and user management including setup and deactivation.
• Oversee the IT ticketing and warranty process for IO Sensors.
• Conduct inventory audits for IO Sensors, Nomads, and other assigned assets.
• Serve as a backup POC for offices as required.
• Collaborate with construction, IT, and regional leadership during DeNovo launches.
• Provide assistance for various supply chain projects and initiatives.
• 2-4+ years of experience in Supply Chain; experience in the dental/healthcare industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and supply chain platforms (Dentira preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ordering platforms.
• Not mandatory, but APICS/CSCP or similar certification is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be capable of walking and standing for extended durations; ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
