Supply Chain and Operations Manager, Part-time 25 hrs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for maintaining our supply chain operations, which includes reordering and ensuring timely deliveries: plan and execute reorders, oversee inventory levels, and avoid stockouts and bottlenecks.

• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners regarding scheduling, shipments, and resolving any issues that arise.

• Manage order processing and coordination to guarantee a seamless flow of goods.

• Ensure that all packages are dispatched from our warehouse without delay.

• Optimize and expedite processes by utilizing AI tools, including Claude.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some prior experience or a genuine enthusiasm for supply chain, operations, logistics, or e-commerce; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• You possess a strong affinity for technology and AI, ideally with experience in Claude or similar AI tools.

• You have a structured, dependable, and autonomous working style.

• Proficient in German, possess good numerical skills, and favor clear communication.
