Supply Chain Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Review and authorize office supply requests.

• Oversee backorders and discontinued products to maintain operational continuity.

• Assist in the development and execution of cost reduction and savings strategies.

• Provide daily support for the supply chain and act as the point of contact (POC) for designated offices.

• Lead the supply chain establishment for DeNovo offices, including the creation and monitoring of supplier orders.

• Organize the uniform program setup for DeNovo offices, new hires, and existing locations as required.

• Offer tactical assistance during the supplier RFP processes.

• Help implement negotiated supplier savings throughout the organization.

• Maintain the Dentira ordering platform, ensuring updates, accuracy, and user management (setup/deactivation).

• Oversee the IT ticketing and warranty processes for IO Sensors.

• Conduct inventory audits for IO Sensors, Nomads, and other designated assets.

• Serve as backup point of contact for offices when necessary.

• Collaborate with construction teams, IT, and regional leadership during DeNovo launches.

• Provide support for various supply chain projects and initiatives as needed.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Supply Chain; experience in the dental/healthcare sector is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables) and supply chain platforms (Dentira preferred).

• Skilled in Microsoft Suite and ordering systems.

• Not mandatory, but APICS/CSCP or similar certification is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must be capable of walking and standing for prolonged periods; ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
