Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge on projects and initiatives related to the Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules for Inventory Management and Procurement, including their integration with other internal and external applications;

• Collaborate with the client's Supply Chain teams to gather and map business requirements to the functionalities of Oracle Cloud;

• Detect gaps and provide clients with options, risks, and value propositions;

• Responsible for the creation and accuracy of the requirements document, the configuration of Oracle Cloud, and the conversion and cutover activities concerning the Supply Chain modules;

• Identify gaps and suggest solution options to the business based on the intricacies of Oracle Supply Chain products and industry best practices;

• Ensure that all delivered capabilities align with the original business objectives, service levels, IT strategies, and design intentions;

• Organize and conduct functional design sessions with business users from various geographical regions and functional areas;

• Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the overall Cloud ERP system design;

• Develop use and test cases to assess the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and actively participate in executing these test cases;

• Provide assistance to the testing team and end users during various testing cycles; address and resolve any test case failures or anomalies;

• Align departmental policies and procedures with the processes, policies, and procedures of the Cloud ERP system during the solution implementation;

• Support project execution methodologies, report on project status, and proactively identify and manage issues to resolution;

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver a comprehensive ERP solution, leading and guiding on Supply Chain modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher;

• Over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations;

• Experience leading a team of 2-4 consultants and working within a multi-pillar project delivery team;

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Inventory applications, system development methodologies, project management, and system architecture;

• Multiple experiences in a Lead role for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Inventory and/or Procurement implementations;

• Expertise in data conversion and migration from legacy systems into an Oracle Cloud environment;

• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities;

• Exceptional communication skills: Written, verbal, and presentation, with the capacity to engage and influence senior and executive management;

• Previous experience in the Healthcare/Hospital or Financial Services industry (preferred);

• Proficient in French;

• Proficient in English.
