Supply Chain Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of Arrow’s supply chain solutions portfolio and associated case studies.

• Employ consultative questioning methods to identify customer pain points.

• Develop tailored solutions that effectively address customer needs.

• Work in collaboration with sales teams, utilizing tools like whitespace analysis to highlight high-potential customers.

• Formulate strategies to engage with customer influencers and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience alongside a 4-year degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.

• Familiarity with the electronic component industry, including relevant supply chain and manufacturing practices.

• Proven experience in solution selling and influencing at the executive level.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create effective strategies.

• Experience in project management and collaborating within a team environment.

• Recognized as an authority in one's area within the organization.

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.

• Analyzes internal or external business challenges and proposes solutions/best practices.

• Addresses complex issues, taking a comprehensive view to identify solutions.

• Operates independently, seeking guidance only in the most challenging situations.

• Identifies relevant applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex challenges.

• Acts as an expert within their function.

• Leads functional teams or projects and serves as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.
