Lead Consultant, Oracle Cloud Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer functional expertise on projects and initiatives related to the Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules, focusing on Inventory Management and Procurement, along with their integration with other internal and external applications;

• Collaborate with the client’s Supply Chain operations to gather and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionalities;

• Recognize gaps and advise clients on potential options, risks, and value propositions;

• Responsible for creating and ensuring the accuracy of the requirements document, Oracle Cloud configuration, and overseeing conversion and cutover activities concerning the Supply Chain modules;

• Identify gaps and propose solution options based on the intricacies of Oracle Supply Chain products and best practices;

• Ensure all delivered capabilities are in line with the initial business objectives, application service levels, IT strategies, and design intent;

• Organize and conduct functional design sessions with business users from various geographical regions and functional areas;

• Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the Cloud ERP system design;

• Create use cases and test cases for the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in the execution of these test cases;

• Provide assistance to the testing team and end users during various testing cycles; address and/or resolve test case failures or anomalies;

• Align departmental policies and procedures with the processes, policies, and procedures of the Cloud ERP system in the solution implementation;

• Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and proactively identify and manage issues to resolution;

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver a comprehensive ERP solution, while leading and guiding efforts on Supply Chain modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher;

• 8-10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations;

• Advanced understanding of the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Inventory application, system development methodology, project management, and system architecture;

• Multiple experiences in a Lead role for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Inventory and/or Procurement implementations;

• Proficient in data conversion and migration from legacy systems to an Oracle Cloud environment;

• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal, and presentation, with the ability to communicate and engage with senior and executive management and influence results.

• Added advantage: Previous experience in the Healthcare/Hospital or Financial Services sectors.

• Language proficiency: French: Advanced; English: Advanced. It is important to note that due to the nature of this role, an advanced level of English is mandatory for daily communication with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
