This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee comprehensive supply chain transformation and process harmonization initiatives across various business functions.
• Propel the standardization and enhancement of supply chain processes to align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Business Leadership teams.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Conduct workshops, collect requirements, and convert business needs into actionable project plans.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies as needed.
• Assist with change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and operational methods.
• Ensure adherence to applicable industry regulations and quality standards.
• Contribute to validation-related tasks when necessary, including compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV) principles in regulated settings.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager executing complex Supply Chain projects.
• Industry experience within Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices is essential.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain processes, encompassing planning, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
• Proven background in process harmonization, business transformation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a history of successfully driving projects from inception through to implementation.
• Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to actively participate in project execution rather than merely coordinating activities.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English.
