Supply Chain Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of supply chain and operational transformation projects.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, technology, operations, and client organizations.

• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive steering committees.

• Track project performance and proactively handle risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Assist with warehouse, logistics, transportation, network design, automation, and supply chain enhancement initiatives.

• Lead project governance and reporting, ensuring adherence to agreed objectives and timelines.

• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project execution.

• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposals, project planning, and solution development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, consulting, or operational transformation settings.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

• Strong grasp of supply chain operations, distribution networks, warehousing, transportation, inventory, or automation solutions.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders and executives.

• Ability to handle competing priorities in dynamic client environments.

• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of working independently while collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
