This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee supply chain and logistics projects aimed at enhancing transportation, warehousing, inventory flow, and overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to effectively execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Evaluate supply chain, inventory, shipping, and operational data to pinpoint bottlenecks and apply practical, scalable solutions.
• Propel improvements that boost on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with carriers, logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners to guarantee successful project implementation.
• Enhance our post-sales customer experience by overseeing RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes and coordinating reverse logistics.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers, offering timely support, documenting solutions, and collaborating closely with Engineering and suppliers to address technical and operational challenges.
• Direct issue resolution, change management, training sessions, and post-project evaluations to ensure enduring success.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven experience in managing supply chain, logistics, or operations projects within a dynamic manufacturing or technology setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Exceptional project management and organizational competencies, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication abilities and confidence in collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Experience in handling customer returns (RMA) and reverse logistics is highly advantageous.
