This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Establish and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain management.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for demand planning processes, promoting best practices and ongoing enhancements.
• Lead and facilitate the implementation and improvement of demand planning systems, ensuring they align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with essential stakeholders, including operations, procurement, logistics, and IT, to comprehend business goals and convert them into product specifications.
• Gather, document, and prioritize comprehensive requirements for supply chain management solutions in partnership with a Business Analyst, as well as independently.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that requirements are clearly understood and integrated into the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on business value, customer demands, and market dynamics.
• Make decisions backed by data and consistently reassess priorities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams, providing clear and succinct guidance throughout the product development process.
• Engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Work with QA teams to establish acceptance criteria and confirm that developed solutions meet specified requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, addressing their concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiency in the supply chain through technology solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within supply chain management.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate the successful adoption of new supply chain solutions.
• Support and manage the demand planning application, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
• Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries or issues related to the product.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with Supply Chain Planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, GAINS, Relex).
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience with GAINS or RELEX is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and sway stakeholders across various functions.
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% of the time.
