Customer Logistics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as a setup consultant and manages all facets of new Dedicated Transportation Solutions business launches.

• Delivers continuous support for Field Operations.

• Encompasses training for both drivers and managers on fundamental system operations.

• Assists and operates within the designated role with an emphasis on task prioritization.

• Participates in writing process documentation, system testing, and design-level consulting.

• Anticipates extensive travel, approximately 75-80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related fields is required.

• At least one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is essential.

• Familiarity with the logistics industry is necessary.

• Understanding of local and federal regulations pertaining to the customer/company is required.

• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is expected.

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Production is preferred.
