Supply Chain Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance comprehensive Supply Chain process architecture (Tier 1–4) in alignment with business outcomes and transformation goals.

• Convert strategic priorities such as growth, cost reduction in service delivery, and resilience into actionable process designs and operating models.

• Establish explicit business rules, decision-making logic, handoffs, and controls that facilitate orchestration and automation.

• Spearhead business process design for enterprise workflow and business process management (BPM) platforms, including Pega.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of business objectives.

• Set up and track process performance metrics to promote prioritization, continuous improvement, and value realization.

• Foster a transition from functional silos to holistic end-to-end process ownership across the Supply Chain.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in process management, business process transformation, operational excellence, or digital enablement.

• Practical experience with BPM, workflow, or orchestration platforms (Pega is highly preferred; experience with Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda, or similar is acceptable).

• Demonstrated capability to translate business strategy and operational goals into actionable process designs.

• Experience in closely collaborating with IT and technology teams on digital implementation projects.

• Strong skills in end-to-end process design with the ability to function beyond functional silos.

• Proficiency in clearly articulating business rules, decision-making logic, and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
