Supply Chain Performance Improvement Director, Conversion Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and expertise to enhance cost efficiency, minimize clinical variation, and improve product standardization.

• Oversee and manage intricate product conversion projects through detailed project plans.

• Ensure execution is timely, resources are allocated effectively, and measurable value is delivered in line with scope, schedule, and budget.

• Integrate data from various sources to formulate strategic, innovative recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with hospital personnel, Vizient teams, and suppliers to carry out product conversions.

• Involve clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders through facilitated meetings and impactful discussions.

• Assist in business development initiatives.

• Present at conferences, publish insights, develop best practices and case studies, and synchronize strategies across Vizient teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree is preferred; an advanced degree is an added advantage.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, consulting, or clinical operations with a focus on cost and utilization improvement initiatives is required.

• A background in hospital operations, clinical leadership, supplier conversion teams, Physician Preference/PPI product categories, or supply chain is highly preferred.

• Proven success in leading product conversions, operational strategies, or standardization initiatives within a healthcare provider organization or consulting firm.

• Strong capability to analyze financial, clinical, and operational data.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives, providers, and healthcare staff across all levels.

• Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to meet client requirements.
