This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing and transforming the healthcare supply chain for client organizations.
• Create actionable implementation plans, operational workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee intricate cross-functional projects spanning multiple client workstreams.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders within client organizations.
• Examine operational data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to uncover opportunities and track results.
• Drive initiatives focused on process standardization, inventory optimization, expenditure management, and operational enhancements.
• Steer organizational change through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and support during implementation.
• Leverage ERP systems, analytics tools, dashboards, and operational data to guide recommendations and evaluate success.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance productivity, improve work quality, and advance operational transformation efforts.
• Mentor team members and actively contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A relevant degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain, healthcare operations, expenditure management, and/or roles related to transformation.
• Direct experience within provider organizations is essential.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects, implementations, or operational transformation initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, procedural workflows, inventory management, operational governance, and performance improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in project advancement, facilitation, communication, organizational change, and relationship management.
• Experience in developing implementation plans, operational workflows, governance routines, KPI tracking, or approaches to process standardization.
• Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clients’ needs and schedules.
