This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the daily supply chain operations, which include device procurement, vendor oversight, invoice assessment, and order fulfillment, ensuring supplier efficiency, adherence to contracts, and consistent device availability.
β’ Take responsibility for inventory precision and device accountability throughout the entire device lifecycle, encompassing asset monitoring, recovery initiatives, and reducing losses from damaged, misplaced, or unreturned devices.
β’ Manage demand forecasting linked to enrollment increases, balancing inventory investment with service expectations while minimizing stockouts and urgent shipping expenses.
β’ Streamline and standardize the device portfolio by eliminating redundant SKUs, optimizing bills of materials, and enhancing operational efficiency.
β’ Supervise third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partners concerning kitting, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics, establishing service level expectations and continually enhancing operational performance.
β’ Identify and manage supply chain KPIs, such as fill rate, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, device recovery, and cost per unit, providing analyses and recommendations that promote operational enhancements.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to automate inventory, provisioning, fulfillment, and device lifecycle workflows, enhancing visibility and decreasing manual workload.
β’ Cultivate supplier relationships, negotiate pricing when appropriate, and pinpoint opportunities to decrease supply chain costs while upholding quality and service standards.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics operations, ideally within a high-growth startup or scaling environment is essential.
β’ A hands-on operator who enjoys addressing operational challenges while developing scalable processes and systems for sustainable growth.
β’ Robust experience with inventory management, demand planning, supplier relations, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with experience utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and BI tools to inform operational decisions.
β’ Proven success in simplifying complex operations through process improvements, inventory optimization, and workflow standardization.
β’ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach, with strong coordination across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
β’ Thrives in dynamic, ambiguous settings with a proactive ownership mindset. Experience in supporting connected medical devices, healthcare operations, or regulated supply chains is advantageous.
