Supply Chain Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing global Supply Chain Flows for the entire Viatris product range

• Coordinating efforts related to the documentation, assessment, and approval of new Supply Chain Flows

• Engaging with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and approvers as outlined in the standard approval workflow

• Participating in business integration initiatives involving markets, supply chain hubs, and internal manufacturing facilities

• Contributing to Supply Chain network optimization projects

• Serving as the process gatekeeper for Supply Chain Flow Management

• Administering the Central Repository of Supply Chain Flows

• Ensuring the consistency and completeness of product flow information

• Managing requests for product flow and collaborating with business stakeholders and SMEs

• Leading reviews of Supply Chain Flows with business stakeholders and SMEs

• Providing Trade Flow data to the Finance team

• Coordinating activities for documenting, assessing, and approving new Supply Chain Flows in accordance with standard business processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated relevant experience in Supply Chain

• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization

• Essential strong experience in Supply Chain and Supply Chain Networks

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

• SAP experience is preferred

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not mandatory
