Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and organize shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities to guarantee precise and timely order fulfillment.

• Engage with carriers, freight providers, vendors, and clients to deliver shipment updates and proactively address delays or service interruptions.

• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, tracking reports, and other related logistics paperwork.

• Monitor shipment status from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring proper documentation and receipt confirmation.

• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to verify stock availability and readiness for dispatch.

• Track freight expenses and assist in reviewing logistics costs to aid in cost control initiatives.

• Maintain organized logistics records and ensure internal systems are updated with accurate shipment information.

• Identify and recommend enhancements to logistics processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related transportation roles is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software applications.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
