Senior Manager, Global Logistics – Trade Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution for BeOne’s Finished Products, Active Product Ingredients, Drug Products, Samples, and additional offerings.

• Manage budgets, develop schedules, and organize routes effectively.

• Administer depot supplier relationships, facilitate imports/exports, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and a network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).

• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the supply chain.

• Oversee the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.

• Work in partnership with corporate and facility-based Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to maintain audit readiness.

• Participate in regulatory audits as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

• At least 3 years in a logistics management position involving Clinical and/or Commercial products.

• Proficiency in import/export operations, lot-level inventory management, chain of custody, and traceability.

• Experience with budget management, warehousing technologies, and temperature-controlled distribution protocols.

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs practices for both the US and EU.

• Background in vendor oversight and managing external partnerships and relationships.

• Familiarity with risk management tools, such as FMEA, among others.
