Supply Chain Materials Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver training sessions for both new and existing team members in PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight.

• Support implementations for PANDAC and QSight as required, including nights and weekends.

• Cover for team members during vacations, leaves of absence, and open positions across all services.

• Provide clients with insights regarding the status and health of their programs.

• Visit accounts that are at risk, assess the program and the onsite team members.

• Develop action plans for customer programs identified as at risk and implement necessary changes.

• Offer constructive feedback to team members about their performance and the health of their programs.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Services Regional Managers, providing detailed feedback about team members and programs.

• Must be available for travel within seven days, with a travel requirement of 75%.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree is preferred.

• At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare surgical services, logistics materials management, or project management is required.

• Fundamental knowledge of (or the ability to acquire understanding of) wound closure products and procedures as outlined in the PANDAC training manual to communicate effectively with nursing staff (including suture materials, needles, endomechanical products, associated costs, and product characteristics).

• Familiarity with inventory management software is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to accurately document the movement of supplies.

• Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

• Proven organizational skills; capability to manage projects to completion; ability to work independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service abilities; capacity to collaborate positively and effectively with others.

• Ability to generate reports, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations based on data.
