Product Manager, Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with diverse teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to implement features that ensure the efficient, transparent, and convenient delivery of vehicles to our customers.

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, which includes ideation, requirements gathering, design, feature prioritization, sprint management, and adoption with internal software engineering teams.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our proprietary logistics engine and its associated products, as well as the various logistics business processes and internal user requirements, to make informed product decisions.

• Manage the product roadmap and its execution concerning definition and prioritization, backlog management, specification development, and product rollout strategies alongside your team.

• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to provide effective solutions and facilitate rapid iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment, preferably in the logistics sector (though not mandatory).

• Strong product development capabilities and the ability to lead an iterative software development team—demonstrated creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Capability to comprehend technical challenges, navigate complex data models, communicate effectively with development teams, and make informed trade-offs.

• Proficient in utilizing hard data and metrics to support assumptions, formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey your ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
