Supply Chain Manager – E-commerce, AI, Process Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our inventory and purchasing planning across all channels, which includes forecasting, multichannel inventory management, and ensuring product availability.

• You guarantee that the right products are positioned in the right locations at the optimal times.

• You engage in negotiations with suppliers, evaluate offers and prices, and secure the most favorable terms.

• You manage the supply chain from production through our logistics partners to Amazon fulfillment centers in both Germany and the UK.

• You establish the operational groundwork that enables our scaling efforts, creating structure in areas where tasks are currently performed manually.

• You play an active role in launching new channels and entering new markets.

• You enhance analyses, forecasts, and decision-making processes using AI, developing intelligent tools and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in supply chain management: You have experience in Supply Chain or Operations and comprehend the interdependencies among purchasing, inventory management, inventory turnover, and capital investment.

• Hands-on approach: You view repetitive manual tasks as inefficiencies rather than standard procedures.

• Curiosity about AI: You leverage AI not just for content generation but as a means to enhance processes and decision-making, and you aspire to deepen your expertise in this area.

• Data-oriented mindset: You handle data in a methodical and organized manner, deriving actionable insights from it.

• Language skills: Proficient in German at a native level, with good command of English.

• Preferable but not mandatory: Experience in developing dashboards, analyses, or your own (SaaS) tools.

• Basic technical understanding (e.g., preliminary scripting or automation experience) is advantageous, though you do not need to be a developer.
