Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee purchase orders and maintain effective communication with suppliers

• Ensure timely restocking of inventory

• Evaluate supplier performance and monitor lead times

• Anticipate demand by analyzing historical data and trends

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across various SKUs

• Avoid stockouts and prevent overstock scenarios

• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers

• Monitor shipments and address any delays or issues

• Ensure a seamless flow of goods from origin to warehouse

• Keep product data accurate across all systems

• Confirm that SKU details, costs, and inventory information are current

• Assist in reporting and enhancing operational transparency

• Spot inefficiencies within the supply chain

• Develop systems and workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency

• Aid in scaling operations as volume increases

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments

• Background in supply chain management, operations, or logistics

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
