Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with organizational objectives.

• Oversee procurement processes, including selecting suppliers and managing vendor relationships.

• Supervise demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to enhance stock levels.

• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.

• Track supply chain performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement efforts.

• Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, operations, and production.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers and logistics providers.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Lead and nurture the supply chain team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

• Profound understanding of supply chain processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
