Executive, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing SAP SD processes by ensuring seamless system operations, precise data management, and effective collaboration with business teams.

• Address issues, boost efficiency, and support sales, order management, delivery, and billing to guarantee timely execution and compliance.

• Provide everyday operational support for SAP SD, covering sales orders, deliveries, billing, and STO processes.

• Troubleshoot problems in sales orders (pricing, tax, plant, material master, credit blocks, incomplete orders).

• Facilitate order fulfilment by addressing delivery (OBD) challenges and ensuring the availability of materials.

• Manage invoice-related concerns (pricing, tax, HSN, FI/CO errors, e-invoice, e-way bill).

• Oversee credit/debit note issues and assist with RGRN processes.

• Support DC and STO operations, including order creation, invoicing, and problem resolution.

• Maintain and rectify master data (customer, pricing, materials, HSN, tax conditions).

• Ensure compliance with GST through appropriate tax setup, updates, and validation.

• Assist in scrap sales and asset transfer processes, including pricing, tax, and invoicing.

• Monitor and rectify system errors (VFX3, billing blocks, delivery blocks, COGI where applicable).

• Collaborate with IT/support teams by submitting and tracking tickets for issue resolution.

• Aid in system configuration, testing, and the implementation of new processes (pricing, tax, freight, plants).

• Conduct training sessions for users and guide teams on SAP SD processes and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning teams.

• Propel process enhancements, documentation, and audit compliance within SAP operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD or order-to-cash operations.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes (sales order, delivery, billing, STO).

• Experience with GST, taxation, and invoice management in SAP.

• Excellent coordination abilities to manage internal stakeholders and external partners, along with strong communication skills to interact with government agencies, brokers, and logistics providers.

• Proactive in identifying and addressing compliance issues, documentation inaccuracies, and operational delays.

• Proficiency in Excel and analytics, with good judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

• Desirable: Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, FICO, or APO modules.

• Desirable: Exposure to SAP configuration, testing, or system enhancement projects.
