This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the advancement of our Supply Chain Analytics offerings, emphasizing business planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, and analytics related to procurement.
• Help define selected solution areas, reusable assets, and accelerators, including demand forecasting models, inventory dashboards, planning insights, and tools for monitoring supply chain performance.
• Contribute to the roadmap for your specific domain, aligning with broader practice priorities, go-to-market strategies, and partner initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance or expand our current offerings based on market trends, client requirements, and insights gained from project delivery.
• Engage in client discussions, discovery workshops, and assessments of business needs, particularly in planning, forecasting, inventory, and procurement.
• Convert client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, and actionable implementation strategies.
• Participate in the creation of proposals, RFIs, RFPs, scoping, estimations, and solution design efforts.
• Collaborate closely with data, AI, cloud, and delivery teams to develop solution blueprints that integrate business value, analytics design, implementation, and user adoption.
• Act as a subject matter authority during the development and delivery of solutions, offering insights on supply chain processes, planning logic, inventory metrics, and business integration.
• Assist project teams in designing solutions that are practical, scalable, and pertinent to planners, supply chain managers, and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure that the solutions delivered are embraced by users and linked to measurable business results.
• Capture insights from completed projects and client feedback to enhance future solution designs and reusable assets.
• Oversee, mentor, or coordinate the work of consultants and specialists within your domain or project stream.
• Share your knowledge and best practices regarding supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytics.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, use-case libraries, reference materials, and training initiatives.
• Encourage collaboration among consulting, data, AI, and delivery teams.
• Aid in the development of joint offerings and field plays with technology partners, such as cloud platforms, data platforms, and supply chain technology providers.
• Participate in thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, client materials, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, or articles.
• Stay informed about relevant trends in supply chain analytics, planning technologies, AI-driven forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Approximately 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
• Strong practical expertise in at least one of the following areas: planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement.
• Experience with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, ideally including dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support systems.
• Solid understanding of essential supply chain processes and metrics, such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
• Experience in supporting or leading client-facing efforts, such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery.
• Proven experience in managing teams, leading project streams, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-driven solution concepts.
• Good grasp of how modern BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools can facilitate planning, forecasting, and inventory-related business decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of simplifying complex supply chain and analytics topics for both business and technical audiences.
• Experience in global or matrixed environments.
