Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire process for designated Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, from post-award until final site delivery.

• Ensure that deliveries are synchronized with construction timelines and readiness for service.

• Hold suppliers accountable for their contractual production deadlines and commitments to recovery.

• Offer data-driven insights to leadership regarding trends in supplier reliability.

• Proactively identify schedule risks and execute mitigation strategies early on.

• Timely escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.

• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Oversee submittal reviews and swiftly address any deviation management issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, particularly in supporting large-scale construction or data center initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes for long-lead equipment.

• Proficient in tracking complex delivery schedules.

• Familiarity with chillers, generators, and switchboards is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong proactive problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to execute recovery plans and manage technical deviations under strict deadlines.

• Familiarity with Google Suite products is preferred.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
