Senior Compliance Specialist, Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform reviews of purchase order files and conduct internal audits on purchase orders, procurement processes, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations.

• Prepare and oversee customer flow-down documents for suppliers.

• Maintain precise and current procurement records within the ERP system.

• Administer internal audits and formulate corrective action plans.

• Review and update the company's command media policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with Contracts and buyers to pinpoint custom contract flow-down clauses.

• Store contract flow-down clauses in Cincom and CostPoint ERP systems for buyer accessibility.

• Provide training and support to procurement personnel.

• Identify and execute enhancements to procurement processes and adopt best practices.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance and procurement operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant compliance experience; or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related compliance experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of pertinent compliance experience without a degree.

• Comprehensive understanding of government contracting and procurement principles.

• Capability to research regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS).

• Proficiency in researching regulatory requirements of customer contracts.

• Experience within a CPSR approved system.

• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a structured corporate setting.
