Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a team of buyers focused on sourcing finished goods.

• Take ownership of reporting on inventory levels, shortages, risks, and supply chain changes.

• Ensure product availability by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

• Enhance cost competitiveness through effective negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.

• Establish long-term alignment with suppliers and foster strategic vendor relationships.

• Collaborate across departments including Planning, Product Development, and Operations.

• Continuously enhance purchasing processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms.

• Oversee MRO purchasing for operations in the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing procurement teams.

• Strong analytical abilities with a background in inventory metrics.

• Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations and effective cost management.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.

• Must be a full-time resident of the continental US.
