This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee the movement of materials within the supply chain.
• Create forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics decision-making processes.
• Evaluate supply chain best practices and formulate strategies for business cases related to the supply chain.
• Perform daily business analyses to support supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to enhance supply chain effectiveness and supplier partnerships.
• Develop systems for delivering monthly updates to suppliers.
• Assist with central replenishment tasks and work with vendors on inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies.
• Design, assess, and audit metrics and data within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with merchants on promotional activities, pricing adjustments, and exit strategies.
• Create decision-support tools and financial models for analyzing inventory cost benefits.
• Examine multi-tier distribution channels for trade-offs between cost and service levels.
• Develop forecasting tools that support collaborative planning with merchandising suppliers.
• Address missing or incomplete information and resolve inconsistencies in complex research and data.
• May mentor or train junior-level support or professional staff.
• Must be located in Atlanta, Georgia; Washington; California; Arizona; or Oregon, as indicated in the posting.
• This position requires 75% travel.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, distribution center operations, facilities, construction, or project management.
• Experience in supporting distribution center expansions, retrofits, facility enhancements, or capital projects.
• Proven track record in managing vendor, contractor, and installation projects within warehouse, distribution, or operational settings.
• Experience in facility maintenance, design/build projects, permitting, and construction activities is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project planning and organizational capabilities; adept at managing multiple projects at once.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related field.
• Alternatively, an MS/MA with generally 2–4 years of experience in a relevant area.
• Certification may be necessary in certain areas.
