This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Oversee and implement Ashby’s solution for new Strategic customers, primarily within the Enterprise sector, from start to finish.
• Create and execute implementation strategies to ensure a positive customer experience and quick realization of value.
• Outline project tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, communicate project timelines, and deliver outcomes in line with expectations.
• Simultaneously manage multiple complex onboarding and implementation projects.
• Monitor teams and key milestones to ensure implementations remain on track.
• Act as a proactive guide and advocate for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Assess customer needs and customize implementations to meet specific criteria.
• Manage change initiatives and assist customers in adopting new systems and methodologies.
• Provide guidance on software best practices to maximize value for customers.
• Recognize overarching customer opportunities and enhance internal processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Leverage metrics and analytics to drive decisions and evaluate success.
• Mentor and support customers to facilitate their growth.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing implementations for a complex SaaS product.
• Extensive background in executing multiple complex onboarding and implementation projects simultaneously within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in defining project scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating project timelines, tracking progress, and achieving results.
• Competence in operating effectively in a remote-first work environment.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% for strategic customer interactions as needed.
• Strong grasp of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical nuances.
• Familiarity with multi-step workflows, various core workflows, and system integrations.
• Experience in navigating change management processes and facilitating customer adaptation to new systems.
• Capability to provide customers with advice on software best practices.
• Excellent customer-facing, technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, breaking down complex concepts into understandable themes.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience in process and workflow enhancements.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical proficiency.
• Data-driven mindset utilizing metrics and analytics.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Eagerness and capability to mentor customers.
• Experience with Ashby or ATS is a plus but not mandatory.
