This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the MAU Supply Chain Teams that collaborate with 3PL providers by enhancing processes and/or supply chain networks.
• Responsible for managing vendor relationships and conducting pricing negotiations within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with maurices' 3PL providers to establish direction and objectives for the supply chain organization.
• Maintain daily/weekly communication with both internal and external stakeholder partners.
• Create and present actionable recommendations aimed at improving Supply Chain processes.
• Partner with the Director of Logistics to produce a metrics-driven Supply Chain/Logistics dashboard.
• Provide clear and consistent leadership and guidance to all direct reports.
• Regularly assess financial reports, customer profitability, and other data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the distribution, updates, and chargebacks related to the DC Routing Guide.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to oversee the inbound freight program.
• Ensure awareness of all financial transactions, confirming that projects align with budgets.
• Attend relevant conferences specific to the Supply Chain retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain management and leadership.
• 3-5 years’ experience in managing resources and building successful global teams.
• Experience in provider sourcing and procurement is essential.
• Previous experience in Retail/Online environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience in budget development and management is required.
• A proven history of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects is necessary.
• Understanding of various Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) requirements.
• Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
