This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the MAU Supply Chain Teams that support 3PL providers by enhancing processes and/or supply chain networks.
• Responsible for managing vendor relationships within the supply chain and conducting pricing negotiations.
• Collaborate with maurices' 3PL providers to establish direction and objectives for the supply chain organization.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholder partners on a daily and weekly basis.
• Create and present actionable recommendations aimed at improving Supply Chain processes.
• Partner with the Director of Logistics to develop a metrics-driven Supply Chain/Logistics dashboard.
• Provide clear and consistent leadership and guidance to all direct reports.
• Frequently analyze financial reports, customer profitability, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the distribution, updates, and chargebacks related to the DC Routing Guide.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to oversee the inbound freight program.
• Ensure awareness of all financial transactions, making certain that projects remain within budget.
• Participate in relevant Supply Chain retail-industry conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management and leadership.
• 3-5 years of experience in resource management and building effective global teams.
• Experience in provider sourcing and procurement is required.
• Previous experience in Retail/Online environments is strongly preferred.
• Budget development and management experience are required.
• A proven history of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects is essential.
• Familiarity with various TMS and WMS requirements is necessary.
• Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
