This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage a portfolio of process layer and workflow projects that align with the Supply Chain transformation strategy.
• Develop comprehensive program plans that integrate scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resources across various workstreams.
• Actively oversee interdependencies among process design, workflow implementation, data enablement, IT delivery, and change management.
• Provide transparent program-level insights into progress, risks, trade-offs, and decision points for senior management.
• Facilitate quicker execution without sacrificing coherence by balancing delivery speed, architectural integrity, and adoption capacity.
• Monitor and communicate value realization, connecting delivery progress to operational outcomes such as cycle-time reduction and automation support.
• Enhance delivery discipline and predictability in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• 5–8+ years of experience in program or project management within intricate, cross-functional settings.
• Background in supporting process transformation, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing multi-workstream programs that merge business process changes with technology delivery.
• Strong capabilities in program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation at a portfolio level.
• Ability to function effectively in environments characterized by ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining execution discipline.
• Established skills in stakeholder engagement and communication, including the ability to deliver executive-ready status updates.
• A structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented approach with a focus on both detail and overall program impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
