This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

• Management of relationships with factories

• Serves as the primary liaison for all factories regarding daily operations

• Performs regular visits to factories

• Oversees production timelines to ensure adherence to schedules

• Upholds quality standards

• Monitors the status of Purchase Orders (POs) from factories to the intermediary warehouse during shipping

• Confirms pricing on POs in alignment with contracted rates

• Facilitates sample requests, prototype iterations, and the launch of new SKUs

• Experience in consumer hardware manufacturing is crucial

• 5–8 years of experience in factory-facing roles such as supply chain, vendor management, supplier quality, sourcing, or procurement

• Extensive time spent on factory floors

• Ability to manage multiple factory relationships at once

• Experience handling production ramps, quality issues, and capacity challenges

• Proficiency in Mandarin

• Competent in professional English (both written and spoken)

• Monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 RMB, based on experience
