Supply Chain Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and present opportunities that support the lifecycle of category management for products and/or services.

• Lead negotiations on contracts and procurement that involve financial values and business terms and conditions.

• Provide guidance to internal customers and the Category Management team across various clinical and business lines.

• Build and maintain supplier relationships to enhance contract value and performance.

• Collaborate across different functions to achieve optimal results.

• Develop and implement contract opportunities in conjunction with Supply Chain functions and resources.

• Negotiate the acquisition of products and/or services across multiple business lines in alignment with clinical and operational needs.

• Initiate, create, and oversee Requests For Proposals (RFPs).

• Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities or impacts.

• Link strategy to outcomes by comprehending organizational requirements and supplier motivations.

• Engage in the development and ongoing enhancement of Category Management processes.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to contracting and procurement.

• Plan and execute recurring work following established procedures, consulting with Category Management leadership as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

• Alternatively, five years of relevant work experience in supply chain, contract preparation, and/or administration may be accepted.

• A minimum of three years of related work experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is mandatory.

• Supply Chain or Contracting certification is preferred.

• Understanding of typical contract terms and conditions negotiations is essential.

• Strong project management skills are required.

• Familiarity with commonly used functions in Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Ability to adapt to a varied portfolio of work is essential.

• Attention to detail is crucial.

• Must comply with federal and state laws and regulations governing the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services.
