This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Define, plan, and oversee multiple engagement work streams.
• Facilitate external client meetings while managing overall service delivery and strategic direction.
• Convey financial forecasts and operational results to an executive audience.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve client engagement challenges and risks as necessary.
• Provide clients with guidance and structure to ensure project success.
• Take ownership of the creation and delivery of client presentations and proposals.
• Recognize and cultivate opportunities for service add-on engagements.
• An advanced degree is mandatory, such as a PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, or PMP.
• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a hospital or health system environment.
• At least 3 years in a managerial, director, or solution specialist position.
• A minimum of 5–8 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Relevant experience and/or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Pharmacy Board Certification, or healthcare fellowship is highly desirable.
• Specific operational knowledge in central medication distribution to areas such as acute care, clinics, retail, and/or compounding suites.
• Proficiency in manipulating data using Excel, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools, as well as the ability to create branded client-facing business presentations.
