This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle—from strategy and planning to design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support after the go-live phase.

• Provide thought leadership on initiatives related to supply chain transformation, Oracle product roadmaps, and industry developments.

• Work in partnership with technical teams to develop strategies for integration, data conversion, and reporting.

• Produce client-facing documentation such as functional specifications, process maps, test scripts, and training materials.

• Engage in a strategic manner, establish trusted relationships, and drive impactful results within client projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Demand Management, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, Maintenance (Asset Management), and Inventory.

• Practical experience in configuring and testing Oracle SCM solutions within complex global settings.

• Strong comprehension of SCM-related integrations, dependencies, and reporting requirements.

• Experience in conducting fit-gap analysis, mapping legacy processes to Oracle Cloud, and defining comprehensive supply chain process flows.

• Proven track record in leading full-cycle supply chain transformation and Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Excellent facilitation skills to aid in decision-making and align stakeholders.

• Experience in mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and asset development.

• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and lead solution streams within larger projects.

• Preferred Oracle SCM Cloud certification(s).

• Educational background or professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
