This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee supplier compliance records, master data, and documentation across enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and approved repositories, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for audits.
β’ Gather, assess, validate, and preserve supplier certifications, registrations, compliance documents, cybersecurity attestations, and related evidence.
β’ Monitor supplier certification expiry dates, compliance action items, and cybersecurity requirements, liaising directly with suppliers for renewals, updates, and missing documentation.
β’ Track supplier adherence to CMMC, NIST SP 800 171, DFARS 252.204 7012/7020/7021, and other contractual cyber and regulatory obligations, aiding in gap identification and mitigation.
β’ Assist in supplier onboarding, qualification, and periodic reviews by creating, modifying, auditing, cleansing, and standardizing supplier data across business systems.
β’ Maintain supplier risk and compliance profiles in accordance with company policies, contract stipulations, and supply chain risk management expectations.
β’ Organize and maintain documentation for customer audits, internal audits, CPSR reviews, and compliance assessments, preparing evidence packages and ensuring compliance with records management.
β’ Document, track, and follow through on corrective actions from audits and compliance reviews until resolution.
β’ Develop and sustain recurring compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management reports and dashboards to support enterprise supply chain initiatives and CMMC preparedness efforts.
β’ Identify opportunities for enhancing supplier data quality, compliance workflows, and administrative processes, and assist in the creation of procedures, work instructions, and standard operating processes.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Contracts Management, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, compliance, contracts, quality, or supplier management roles.
β’ Experience with ERP systems and document management platforms.
β’ Understanding of federal contracting, aerospace and defense, or regulated manufacturing environments.
β’ Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, FAR, CPSR, or supplier compliance requirements.
β’ May require up to 20% travel.
β’ Some exposure to weather elements while traveling and/or commuting between buildings.
