This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Collect and assess requirements while collaborating with the client delivery team utilizing Supply Chain Alliance Ltd.’s methodologies to create impactful recommendations and solutions.
• Independently design and implement analytical workstreams.
• Document client business needs and propose as well as implement processes and best practices.
• Analyze and evaluate the current state, perform root cause analysis, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess and present information to aid timely decision-making, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Integrate, cleanse, and synthesize data to generate actionable insights.
• Create professional and brand-aligned reporting along with related client outputs.
• Continuously enhance business analysis methodologies, processes, and templates.
• Organize workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Conduct interviews with clients.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Proactively evaluate project/engagement risks, formulate mitigation plans, and escalate issues to Engagement Managers/Principals.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of pertinent experience in supply chain, operations, and/or consulting.
• Relevant experience and/or exposure to supply chain and logistics assessments, logistics facility design and process optimization, distribution network design, TL/LTL/parcel/intermodal transportation, planning and inventory management, supply chain software, and third-party logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to extract insights from diverse data sets.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, ETL, PowerBI, Python, SQL, and AI.
• Experience in developing process flows and mapping.
• Ability to quickly learn and grasp complex business operations.
• Critical thinker capable of understanding, organizing, and articulating problems.
• Effective problem solver with the ability to identify root causes, conceptualize, and communicate practical solutions.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting, directly with clients, and with cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and challenging work environments with fluctuating demands.
• Strong prioritization skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple assignments.
• Commitment to excellence in client service.
• Proficiency in effective communication in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is a plus.
