Supply Chain Associate – US Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and assist in logistical operations to facilitate the seamless movement of goods and services.

• Maintain and refresh records related to shipping activities, inventory data, images, and logistics documentation.

• Plan and requisition materials for designated facilities while ensuring sufficient inventory levels.

• Monitor order deliveries and liaise with suppliers and receiving parties.

• Prepare and disseminate regular and ad-hoc logistics and inventory reports.

• Address internal and external inquiries about shipment status and logistics updates.

• Execute data entry, filing, and logistics-related administrative communications.

• Organize weekly carton count collection from partner facilities.

• Acquire and update weekly inventory data while maintaining internal records.

• Keep load and inventory tracking worksheets current.

• Update external carton status in internal reporting and tracking systems, reconciling discrepancies as needed.

• Dispatch daily inventory reports for external locations to internal stakeholders.

• Manage spreadsheets that track inbound purchase orders and shipment statuses.

• Refresh plant and warehouse forecasting spreadsheets.

• Maintain plant inventory data, including carton loads and stock movement.

• Accurately and promptly process Bills of Lading received from warehouses.

• Verify and approve additional charges on partner-facility invoices.

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.

• Engage in meetings to support logistics planning, forecasting, and operational strategies.

• Monitor the status of manufacturer carton shipments.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, operational standards, and Mindset.

• Perform other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with logistics software or tools is beneficial.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time, with the possibility of Saturday mornings for about 3 hours.

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory control, order management, or operations support is addressed in the application questions.
