Supply Chain Assessment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated supply chain assessment workstreams from start to finish, delivering findings and recommendations.

• Implement assessment frameworks through stakeholder interviews, operational observations, data collection, and detailed analysis.

• Assess financial, operational, and clinical performance utilizing analytics, benchmarking, and assessments of leading practices.

• Recognize performance gaps and formulate actionable recommendations, improvement strategies, and implementation priorities.

• Measure improvement opportunities and project financial and operational impacts.

• Confirm assessment outcomes and create business cases, recommendations, and implementation priorities.

• Assist in client stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and assessment reviews.

• Collaborate with sourcing, P2P, analytics, clinical integration, and operations teams.

• Prepare materials and analyses for presenting findings and recommendations effectively.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, operating procedures, and quality controls.

• Help enhance assessment methodologies, tools, templates, and deliverables.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools for assessment tasks, research, analysis, and deliverable creation while assessing outputs.

• Share expertise and leading practices with team members.

• Contribute to the onboarding and development of new team members.

• Engage in continuous learning and capability development across assessment methodologies and healthcare supply chain practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant degree in healthcare administration, supply chain, healthcare operations management, business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, operations, consulting, analytics, or performance improvement.

• Experience in supporting assessments, operational diagnostics, performance improvement initiatives, or consulting projects.

• Proficient understanding of healthcare provider operations, supply chain functions, and spend management strategies.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, complex engagements.

• Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI, including the application of AI tools, critical evaluation of AI-generated content, and integration of AI-supported insights.

• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clients’ needs and schedules.
