• Accurately input sales orders into the ERP system and ensure timely processing of shipment documentation.
• Conduct confirmation calls and send emails to customers and vendors regarding product availability and pickup arrangements.
• Schedule dock appointments and manage the shipping/receiving calendar effectively.
• Oversee the Pabst Portal to guarantee that pickup dates correspond with internal records.
• Handle same-day shipment entries and organize bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping paperwork.
• Follow up on pending orders, damage claims, and returns, while providing updates to the Purchasing & Logistics Team Lead.
• Assist with sample order processing by entering details into the system and coordinating with the Warehouse Operations Coordinator.
• Support retail order processing and offer scheduling input as required.
• Execute general clerical tasks and assist the Director of Production Operations with assigned projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Background in order entry, customer service, or administrative assistance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning ERP systems.
• Self-driven and dependable in a remote working setting.
• Prior experience with an ERP system is preferred.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain administration is advantageous.
• $2000 per month.
• Full-time, fully remote position.
