This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of inventory management, ensuring that vouchers are readily available.
• Daily tasks include maintaining product assortment and managing the product lifecycle.
• You will optimize purchasing and commission models in close collaboration with the Group Head of Purchasing.
• Your role involves actively contributing to the enhancement of processes and platform features.
• You will maintain and support existing benefit partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
• You will independently evaluate and onboard new benefit partners.
• A completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on commercial or business studies.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers and KPIs.
• A confident demeanor and effective communication skills, both internally and externally, distinguish you.
• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Initial experience in category management or product management is advantageous.
• You are decisive and proactive, taking the initiative rather than waiting for others.
