This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee updates related to products and pricing throughout the platform.
• Ensure precise pricing, availability, and product details across various systems.
• Coordinate updates to product profiles, including activations and deactivations.
• Manage content updates such as inclusions, meeting points, and product descriptions.
• Detect and escalate data discrepancies to the relevant internal teams.
• Assist in the launch and removal of new products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce new products.
• Review product content, pricing, and availability prior to products going live.
• Evaluate and handle product removals in the event of operational challenges.
• Investigate and address pricing and operational issues.
• Analyze pricing discrepancies through rate sheets, booking records, and internal systems.
• Ascertain whether issues are operational or technical in nature.
• Navigate complex supplier issues to resolution while keeping stakeholders updated.
• Document recurring issues and supplier-specific requirements to enhance efficiency.
• Establish and nurture supplier relationships.
• Hold regular meetings with Tour Operators to evaluate performance, commissions, and growth opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and operational requests from suppliers.
• Identify chances to enhance supplier partnerships and foster better collaboration.
• Manage the maintenance of supplier accounts.
• Keep CRM records and supplier contact details up to date.
• Assist with commission updates, rebranding efforts, and changes in account structure.
• Ensure that supplier data remains accurate across all platforms.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for leadership.
• Support compliance and reconciliation initiatives.
• Monitor and follow up on supplier insurance documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate compliance processes and suggest improvements.
• Investigate payment disputes and reconcile discrepancies utilizing historical pricing and booking data.
• Utilize AI to optimize and automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, account management, supplier support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational capabilities and outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing extensive data across various systems and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, or suppliers.
• Familiarity with APIs and the flow of pricing, availability, and content between systems is a plus.
• Preferred experience in the marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry.
• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
