Supervisor, Video Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Negotiate and execute video purchases that meet the objectives of the media plan

• Create and deliver client buy summaries

• Support the agency’s Upfront and Scatter negotiations

• Track trends and innovations in the video marketplace, and provide recommendations for campaign planning

• Train and supervise Associate-level team members

• Report on campaign performance in relation to deal terms, client KPIs, and overall objectives

• Foster collaborative relationships with media partners

• Communicate campaign progress, opportunities, and challenges to agency teams and clients

• Assist in developing industry POVs and thought leadership

• Work with finance to address media billing concerns

• Ensure compliance with client budgets and objectives

• Analyze campaign outcomes across linear and digital video platforms

• Develop comprehensive video investment strategies for linear and digital channels

• Contribute to addressable TV, CTV, programmatic video, and innovative format strategies

• Assess and recommend video vendors and technologies

• Identify cost efficiencies and enhance investment value

• Offer video landscape expertise, insights, and training to internal teams

• Advocate for video trends and opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in purchasing Converged Television and Digital Video

• Expertise in the video landscape, including both traditional and emerging media owners

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work on schedule

• Capability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Experience working effectively with Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management teams

• Excellent communication skills within a team setting, with media representatives, and with existing clients

• Prepared for a fast-paced work environment and comfortable with decision-making
