Supervisor – Stromprojekt Backoffice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Lead and inspire the team daily to meet targets.

• Facilitate coaching and regular feedback sessions.

• Encourage internal communication and collaboration both within the team and across departments.

• Implement processes tailored for internal use and specific to clients.

• Adapt swiftly to changes in the environment.

• Offer technical and disciplinary leadership and support to an established team.

• Evaluate team performance, taking responsibility for their success and ongoing improvements.

• Provide daily motivation, training, and management for staff members.

• Monitor, analyze, and control performance metrics with an emphasis on daily execution.

• Address escalations, manage sensitive customer cases and operational risks, making prompt, well-informed decisions.

• Ensure consistent quality, compliance, and achievement of goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in back office (BO) is a plus.

• Familiarity with LAR is advantageous.

• Proficient in managing escalations, sensitive customer cases, and operational risks.

• Ability to make prompt, well-informed decisions.

• Capability to monitor, analyze, and control performance metrics such as AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, and SLAs.

• Strong understanding of data confidentiality, process compliance, and the requirements of regulated industries.

• Flexibility to assist with onboarding, nesting, and training activities during ramp-up phases.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German (minimum C1 level).

• Competence in coaching, developing, and motivating advisors to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
