
Supervisor Service Delivery – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Ensure consistent execution that aligns with Service Delivery standards and expectations.
• Utilize Operations Dashboards and internal analytics to identify areas of service excellence and service gaps, collaborating with teams to implement actions for improvement.
• Embrace and apply continuous improvement methodologies in managing KPIs for the service delivery team.
• Detect recurring service delivery disruptions and customer concerns, drive root cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for Service Delivery (Operational) requirements.
• Work together with various business areas to promote the standardization of best practices.
• Guide direct reports by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and direction based on performance metrics, dashboards, and Personal Development Plans.
• Ensure that assigned team members have a comprehensive understanding of customer business goals and strategies to achieve them.
• Confirm that the service delivery team is equipped with the necessary resources to manage daily operations effectively.
• Organize schedules to guarantee adequate account coverage, including but not limited to PTO, meals, and breaks.
• Maintain and implement Account Specific Onboarding for new team members.
• At least 3 years of experience in an operations or customer/client service-facing role.
• Background in mentoring or coaching small project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 7.5% (both domestically and internationally).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience in executing business operations through Standard Practices and Operational Excellence methodologies (preferred).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs (preferred).
• Strong skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution (preferred).
• Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (preferred).
• Capability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally (preferred).
• High level of integrity with personal and professional values that align with the company's mission, vision, and leadership framework (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a business setting (preferred).
