This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee a team of 10-25 members who are accountable for managing a designated portfolio of patient accounts or Medical Insurance triggers.
• Leverage strong problem-solving abilities to support the team in addressing issues within the portfolio while identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Analyze and make informed decisions regarding payment trends and issues related to the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain critical performance metrics, manage team performance accordingly, and conduct regular reviews for senior leadership.
• Effectively communicate team goals, objectives, and progress towards those goals to both the team and direct leadership.
• Perform annual evaluations for all team members, identifying individual opportunities for growth and providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Assess personnel needs for the assigned team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and communicate recruiting requirements to leadership.
• Achieve high engagement scores for the team (>80%).
• Make recommendations to senior leaders regarding teammate promotions and career mobility.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience is required.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
