📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from business clients regarding collections, payment arrangements, and billing questions.

• Achieve monthly collection targets consistently.

• Manage and recover overdue accounts for medium to large business clients.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.

• Prepare monthly collection reports and provide recommendations for credit memos.

• Work collaboratively with sales, customer service, billing operations, and accounts receivable teams.

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B collections.

• Capable of addressing objections and providing effective solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proven relationship-building skills along with strong listening capabilities.
